Great article. In their book NeuroWisdom, NeuroCoach Mark Waldman and Chris Manning talk about some of these things. They don’t call it pomodoro though but mindfulness at work. The idea behind it is to rebost yourself and your mind for productivity. So, yes! It’s a great technique. Thanks for sharing it with us.
