It seems this a post-colonial habit that the oppressors instilled in the oppressed. Because almost all the third world countries behave this way. I don't get it. That, no matter what you do, people won't stop. Yet when they travel to the first and second worlds, they put a stop to it. They don't continue it. Very sad.
