It's funny with the topics you've highlighted but think of it, if one is writing not the sole purpose of making money, these topics won't come to mind. I'm a writer not because I want to make money. I write because it's my calling. So, whenever I have to sit and write, it's about how I have to use my words to inspire, educate and transform others. And if by this, it brings in money, I'm cool with it. But, to write with the intention to make money, that doesn't occur to me. I guess it's why topics like these don't appear to me...
